The University of Pikeville is seeking a creative, experienced individual to develop, operate, and manage media services for the University by performing the following:
Write and critique content for digital media platforms.
Coordinate all forms of social networking associated with the institution.
Create, design and produce digital media, including video and photography, for website, social media, email, etc.
Develop and maintain the University of Pikeville website.
Provide and manage outreach to students, prospective students, public, etc., through e-mail and social media services.
Provide online streaming services and technology management.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in related field is required.
At least 1-2 years of experience with website development and design, as well as knowledge of computer programming.
Must be able to write macros/programs.
Must be able to design/create/enter new Web pages using http language.
Must be able to maintain existing Web pages.
Must possess knowledge of content management systems.
Must be able to produce and edit video footage and photos.
Must be familiar with conducting research on the Web.
