The Radio, Television & Film Department at Rowan University is searching for two full-time faculty to teach in the following areas: film history, television history, media industries, new media, game design, sports production, studio television production, writing for film and/or television, or post production. The ideal candidate has experience in more than one of these affiliated areas.
Faculty in these positions will teach 12 credits per semester in both the fall and spring with the potential to teach overloads and possible summer or winter session classes. Class assignments will be determined by departmental need and based on the faculty member’s experience and expertise. These lecturer positions are non-tenure track, with renewable contracts and benefits, and provide the opportunity for advancement to senior and master lecturer. Must be available to teach five days a week. Faculty will be required to pursue service responsibilities as sought or assigned.

• Experience teaching at the college level
• A Master’s Degree in media production, film and/or television studies, or related area. An MFA or PhD is desired.
