Posting Summary: 1. Oversee two Media Centers located at the Main and Avon Williams Campuses and supervise a staff of four media technicians. 2. Select, build and develop a collection of digital media and other timely and relevant resources to support the academic programs of the University. 3. Maintain updates of all media resources of available materials including streaming videos, films, tapes, photos, slides, and applicable software. 4. Maintain knowledge of emerging multimedia applications related to delivery of instruction. 5. Schedule meetings with various academic departments to determine multimedia needs for instructional purposes. 6. Submit and track software licensing for media resources purchases. 7. Coordinates the set-up and operation of external employment interviews, e.g. Skype, Zoom, etc. 12. Inventory and maintain accountability of supplies and equipment. 13. Set up and operate requested software and machines, such as Power Point presentations, DVD players, and film projectors. 14. Update and maintain a library of available material including films, tapes, photos, slides, and software.
