The National Association of Broadcasters is a trade association that advocates on behalf of free, local radio and television stations and also broadcast networks before Congress, the Federal Communications Commission and the Courts.
Support NAB’s Salesforce environments and Association Management System, utilizing the Salesforce platform to create dashboard / lists and reports from the system and to assist in developing / configuring the system to meet the various needs of the organization.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for NAB staff requests for lists and reports from the database and assist in maintaining and analyzing NAB members and non-members and their contact data. Assist in managing underlying database tables. Assist in other information maintenance activities.
Must have experience with the Salesforce CRM platform including Salesforce Development Custom Objects.
Automate processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow Assignment Rules and E-mail Alerts.
Collaborate with team members and other departments in defining business requirements for optimal use of Salesforce functionality.
Proactively identify areas of improvement and functional gaps in Salesforce Applications.
Must be able to import, export, and reconcile diverse sets of data, in many different formats and structures (lists, reports, etc.) for NAB’s various systems.
Creating efficient processes for auditing data to assist the membership department in updating membership information. Run monthly status reports regarding member counts, etc., and resolve discrepancies.
Develop and run reports for NAB staff including downloads from third party data sources. Research and resolve issues identified in reports.
Other tasks and projects as assigned.
