We are looking for a Senior Change Management Lead to oversee and direct the change required to enable to the successful deployment and adoption of Simmons? new Student Information System (Workday Student). Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications, you will lead the transformational, university-wide changes in business processes, structure, staff roles and responsibilities while ensuring the long-term engagement of key stakeholders. This is a 24-month term position.Simmons? Technology team is committed to providing reliable services, innovative solutions and excellent support to the Simmons community.Responsibilities:Assess and validate the scope and impact of the required change utilizing a clear methodologyDevelop and implement an integrated change management strategy and planLeverage expertise and best practices to develop clear, compelling and creative change communications and training materialsManage and deliver regular communication to key stakeholdersDevelop and track effective system change adoption metricsChampion innovative and creative ideas to help drive changeIdentify training needs and develop training plansDevelop, deliver and/or direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality resultsEvaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs and utilizes relevant evaluation data to revise changes in instructional objectives and methodsPerform other duties as necessaryQualifications:Bachelor?s degree required8+ years of experience in operational or consulting roles supporting system and business process transformation change initiatives with multiple deliverablesExperience managing change related to enterprise-wide system deploymentsProven ability to identify and translate requirements for change management into clear and measurable work productsExcellent engagement, relationship building, and expectation management skills with stakeholders of all organizational levels across a diverse and global environmentFamiliarity with current change management tools and techniques, including digital media, and how to use them in an integrated, strategic and creative wayExperience with measuring change adoption effectivenessHighly motivated individual who can follow through and work with minimal direction or supervisionExperience implementing student information systems a plusExperience with Workday, especially Workday Student a plusExperience in a higher education environment preferred but not requiredChange management practitioner certification, e.g., Prosci-certification a plusInstructions to Applicants: Please submit a resume and cover letter in the Resume/CV section of your application.As a University committed to diversity, Simmons encourages applications broadly.
