The Junior Project Lead will provide support for both the undergraduate and secondary school content tracks in all areas, including content development, filming, and programming. The Junior Project Lead will also act as primary contact and liaison to external constituents, communicating a variety of stakeholders, both within Harvard and externally. The Junior Project Lead will also provide consistent administrative support for both the Undergraduate and Secondary School Curriculum Development & Instructional Design Managers, coordinating logistics, correspondence, and program operations, both independently and in collaboration with the LabXchange Administrative Coordinator and Secondary School Implementation Coordinator.
This is a 3 year term position, renewable pending available funding

3 or more years of related experience.
Knowledge/experience and strong interest in higher education and technology.
Light programming experience or desire to learn various programming languages.
Experience producing digital media content.
Experience or knowledge in the field of instructional design.
Prior work experience that demonstrates a capability to identify priorities, balance competing demands, and manage work to deadlines.
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, a passion for education, and a collaborative spirit are all essential.
