The Department of Art, Art History and Design of Seton Hall University invites applications for an interdisciplinary full-time lecturer position to teach in the Art and Design undergraduate program and Museum Professions graduate program, specifically in designing experiences that merge digital and physical spaces.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate must be able to teach core competencies in digital exhibition planning and design
Lecturers are teaching positions with the expectation of a four/four teaching load across the undergraduate and graduate levels, including but not limited to, courses in digital media, exhibition design, experience design and museum technologies
Service to the Museum Professions graduate program, the Art, Design, and Interactive Media program Department of Art, Art History and Design, and the College.
Develop curricula as it pertains to digital exhibition design
Ideal candidates must:
Possess a terminal degree and three years’ experience in teaching at the university level
Be proficient in industry-standard 2D and 3D programs particularly, the Adobe Creative Cloud and SketchUp
Demonstrate the potential to contribute to the cross-disciplinary nature of the department’s emerging curriculum.
The preferred candidate will have a professional history of relevant client-based work.
