Integrated Digital Media (IDM) Program is a place that fosters creative practice, design research and multidisciplinary experimentation with emerging media technologies. IDM is a ‘STEAM‘ program combining artistic inquiry with scientific research and technological practice to explore the social, cultural and ethical potentials of emerging technologies. The Program Administrator will provide support to the IDM Program, which has grown to 350 students at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering in the areas of advisement and program coordination. Advise students on issues such as curriculum requirements, course selection, registration, and career development. Design and write promotional materials for program special events and activities, attend external public events. Develop and manage communication workflows for IDM faculty and staff, current students and alumni. Assist with class scheduling and onboarding of Adjunct faculty each semester.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: 2+ years
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Event Coordination, communication skills, Adobe CC, Ms Office, and Google docs
