PROGRAM OPERATIONS ASSISTANT , Sloan School of Management-Executive Education , to assist in ensuring the smooth delivery of world-class executive education programs. Will be responsible for maintaining effective systems, policies, and processes. Responsibilities include entering digital programs in CRM database and maintaining participant lists; tracking and distributing digital certificates; coordinating securing permissions and reconciling expenses for digital programs; improving upon operational process documentation; collecting and organizing digital program feedback; acting as an on-site resource during digital filming and digital events; helping to document, organize, and maintain all digital assets internally across all vendors and digital program delivery; ordering program memorabilia and printing stock; creating and managing blanket POs; submitting quarterly event forms for open enrollment programs; communicating with frequently used vendors; organizing, monitoring, and proactively ordering all office supplies; overseeing regular cleaning requests and maintenance of program facilities; and managing digital media player content in the Executive Education suite.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : at least three years' office experience; strong interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and time-management skills; ability to take initiative, function effectively under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines; excellent command of language, grammar, spelling, and punctuation; ability to communicate by email, telephone, and in-person on behalf of the office; high-level computer literacy, ability and willingness to learn new software, and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); meticulous attention to detail; ability to interpret, communicate, and apply policies and procedures; interest in and exposure to event planning; proactive approach to identifying problems and finding solutions; and ability to operate under minimal supervision.
