This is a full-time remote opportunity for the ideal candidate to be part of an organization that stays on the cutting edge of technology and infrastructure.

 

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Projects and commissioning, with a focus on IP media infrastructure projects.
  • Commissioning and Configuration of delivered products on-site at customer locations. 
  • Pre-sales and After-sales support 
  • Technical troubleshooting (remote/on-site)  
  • Technical consulting, Conceptual design
  • Configurations & Programing
  • Close collaboration with the Lawo headquarters in Germany


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Education in the broadcast, audio, electrical engineering or a related field is required
  • Experience in the broadcast environment, with a focus on engineering
  • Experience with IP projects, specifically SMPTE 2110 Networking expertise with respect to Layer 3 environments and Multicast workflow
  • Passion for new technology
  • Structured way of working and problem-solving ability driven by delivering service excellence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Readiness for international travel
  • Ability to work alone with little or no supervision
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Moderately proficient with Python, Linux, and Kubernetes
  • Experience in Docker and Ansible is preferred
