Job overview:
The Technical Account Manager - Channel Partners is a senior-level role entrusted with strategic Channel Partner accounts within North America. The Technical Account Manager - Channel Partners independently manages complex technical relationships and acts as a bridge between the channel partner and Ross Video’s internal teams. This role brings a technical, strategic mindset to help partners succeed while deploying Ross solutions, proactively mitigate risks, and providing expedited support when necessary.

What the job is all about:
- Own and lead technical relationships with strategic channel partners, driving technical success and partner satisfaction.
- Act as the technical point of contact for partner accounts, advocating internally for partner needs and ensuring that delivery processes are efficient and streamlined.
- Independently resolve complex technical and workflow challenges, coordinating across engineering, product, and QA as needed.
- Lead incident response efforts, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues and clear, professional communication with partner stakeholders.
- Develop a strong relationship with partner accounts, using that expertise to help drive future growth and development for managing these strategic accounts.
- Research and document potential initiatives and programs desired by channel partners and assist with the planning process for implementation.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; advanced technical training or certifications are an asset.
- 3+ years of experience in system integrations for broadcast, AV or related technical environments.
- Deep expertise in Ross Video products and their applications in live production, control, or playout environments.
- Proven ability to manage and influence senior-level stakeholders internally and externally.
- Comfortable navigating high-stakes situations independently, including major incident resolution.
- Collaborative, solutions-driven, and highly organized, with a passion for empowering partners and strengthening the channel ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex technical details and translate them effectively to diverse audiences.
